HOW WE WORK
Our process has been refined over years of working with clients of all sizes and types.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

First, we meet with you to understand your needs and goals. We also explain our methods and tactics. Immediately after this meeting, we offer a detailed written proposal which defines the scope of services we will provide and the costs for our work. There is no charge for this first meeting.

ACTION PLANNING

Second, you review our proposal and accept it, reject it, or ask for modifications. When we’ve arrived at a proposal that you like, we sign an Agreement and begin our actual work together. The next specific step is a Foundational Meeting, or “data dump,” in which we retrieve from you every bit of information we need to create a detailed Action Plan. This plan will contain goals, strategies, tactics, measurement tools, and timelines. It normally takes two weeks to research and complete.

LAUNCH

When you have approved the Action Plan, we put it to work immediately, launching your public relations campaigns, creating your advertising, planning your media, fulfilling your strategic planning. From this point on, we communicate with you often and meet with you regularly. Our monthly Client Meetings allow us to review actions, chart progress, preview next steps, and make any adjustments. We issue a Meeting Agenda prior to each meeting, and a Meeting Report after each one.
